In 1983 AMC Eagle Station Wagon came out with the first four-wheel-drive station wagon. Looking a bit like a spaceship on big wheels the station wagon revolutionized compact cars by lifting it up a little bit and giving it four-wheel-drive. It truly drives really well and gets a lot of looks. The AMC Eagle Station Wagon has been my favorite car to date. I enjoy driving it and really handles well.
I wish there was a little bit more room in the back for storage but I think I will get some sort of roof rack so I can store things for long drives and camping. The AMC Eagle Station Wagon is a safe and truly solid feeling car. When you shut the doors the sound is solid just the way old cars were made. Not hollow like cars today.
I would recommend the AMC Eagle Station Wagon to anyone and I feel I will be driving this car for a long while.
